They can be found at the Pearlridge Farmer's Market on Saturday's. Small family owned pop up. Their small menu makes it easier for me to choose. Very simple set up. They have homemade kimchee and mini Korean pancake readily available on the table. I had a hard time choosing between the Kim Chee Fried Rice and Chicken Bi bim bap. I went with the fried rice and it did not disappoint! Made with homemade kimchee, bacon, and topped with a fried egg. There was surprise later of melted cheese under the egg that made this THE best kimchee fried rice I've ever had! All customers received a complimentary cup of a Korean multi grain drink. The ingredients were flown in from Korea and fresh pressed hear in Hawai'i.
