After an afternoon of relaxing at Seacliff Beach we worked up an appetite for lunch. Close by the upper parking lot is Manuel's Mexican Restaurant. It's late June, 2021 and C-19 mandates have been lifted so dining outside on a gorgeous Aptos day is something we have yearned for for the past 15 months. Manuel's serves up traditional combinations and I must say the shredded beef in the tacos was just outstanding. Our waiter Fernando also made our lunch special with great service and conversation. This server hustles and thinks ahead. On a nice day like today, be sure to ask to be seated in their garden patio filled with bright flowers.
