Nasty ass customer service , she or he didn't even greet us , took them a while to ask what we wanted they were just laughing and talking , definitely never coming back . When she asked what we wanted she sounded so annoyed like if they didn't want any more customers in just because it's 8:20 . The ice cream is perfect but people with that kind of attitude is what makes customers not come back , even after paying no words or anything she really wants everyone out

I was wasting time in the area; just getting out of the house and stopped here for some ice cream and cookies. The cookies were okay and ice cream was cool. My thing is, I went through my whole entrance, purchase, and exit without either of the two employees saying one word to me. No hello. No what will you have. No this is your total. Not even a have a nice night. I found it disrespectful that someone I spend my money with wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. This location won't receive a dime from me ever again.

First time trying Marble Slab Creamery. I am an Ice-cream connoisseur. 2 things: Either it should taste good or be of decent price. IT WAS NEITHER! Crumbled waffle cone, I think Baskin Robbins have better tasting chocolate ice-cream than them! People behind the counter were very polite, no complains there. Just a random OVER PRICED and OVER HYPED ice-cream spot!!!
