I picked up pizzas at the store less than 15 mins after placing the order online - yet they were both burnt and extremely stale at the same time - plus missing several toppings.Seems obvious these were not made fresh - just some lame attempt to reheat old pizzas.And yes - left feedback at tellmarcos.com like the previous times, but no feedback and this place only gets worse.Too bad - this place had much better food and service a year ago.

The negative reviews about the wait time due to orders not being made, rude behavior and un professionalism are all true about this place. I experienced it first hand last night. Horrible customer service!! Mature trained adults are needed in management!

COVID-19 Status - Note that my order was for curbside pick up and I did not physically go inside. I'm not sure if they even have inside seating given my impression of the space from the outside. It looks pretty narrow. Delivery is an option as she asked if it was for take out or delivery at the time of my order.
