Do not go to this place! Wrong pizza and they made us drive back up there to prove it?? Then would not refund our money! No customer service and they don’t wash their hands after touching everything!

THE FRANCHISE OWNERS...THE RAGSDALES ARE GREAT! I travel a ton for work, and a few months ago while in Atlanta I tried Marco's for the first time. I had never heard of them before. I was surprised to find that we had Marcos in Richmond. I placed orders a few times but had some issues with the app and on-line ordering. I brought this up and Mr. Ragsdale personally called me up to assure me that everything would be taken care of. He offered me a free pizza but I declined. I just wanted to alert them to an issue, and his quick and concerned response was more that enough for me. So when you hear folks talk about buying local, and supporting local businesses, just remember that most national franchises, such as Marco's Pizza are locally owned by good people, (like the Ragsdales) who want to do the right thing. And for Marco's and the Radsdales, that RIGHT THING is Great Pizza and Service. Bradford Howard
