Not sure who is running this place but it needs to step up. Customer service on the phone sounds like it’s ran by a timid 10 year old. After repeating my order a handful of times my order was still delivered wrong. Keep your email promotions, I’d rather have pizza delivered correctly the first time elsewhere. I remember when Marcos used to be great, now it’s just sub level pizza and service.

I watched as one of their "cooks" sliced the pizza's as they came out of the oven and used his bare ungloved hands to move the pizza around. It became worse when he wiped his hands on his pants. I left.

Marco's pizza is very good pizza but last night I ordered 1 large pizza that was 22 minutes late and the delivery guy went past me 3 houses down when I was standing in my driveway flaging him down then he asked me if I was going to give him a tip.
