I went here to try their Filet Marinero. I was not disappointed. Good flavor, decent portion size, fresh chips and salsa. Delicious flan. Fast and friendly service. A neat place. Reasonable prices.

Stuck inside a rather unattractive strip center is the jewel that is Mariscos La Playa. The options on their menu seem almost limitless and yet there are a few standouts. Just so happens I elected for one of them: Relleno, trout stuffed with shrimp, scallops, cheese and octopus, served with French fries, rice, avocado, corn, carrots and garnish (lettuce and tomato).
