No. This is not an honorable establishment. I purchased 2 VIP Tickets to see Julian Vaughn on November 9th for which they cancelled. I received an email stating we would receive our refund in 7-10 days. This is Dec. 13th and no refund. Nor responses to my attempt to collect. In addition we paid extra to secure our refund in the event Of a cancellation! Do NOT invest in people that do not honor their own agreements!!
