Worst customer service of anywhere. It’s not like they try and fail, they don’t even try.

Matchbox Arlington- If I am being charged extra the price on uber than in the restaurant, at least you would expect they give you the right portion. This wasn't my experience; to my shock, I got a short portion for my order which I caught immediately since I have ordered this in the restaurant before. It's sad how a number of these restaurants treat Uber Orders with disregard because, by the time the food gets to us, we don't have a choice but to accept it. A system should be put in place to stop this. It's a rip-off.

Don't eat here ... it's not a safe environment.  So, I was in Arlington, VA for work on my birthday in a Monday night.  I met a old Navy friend from my first ship at Matchbox in Pentagon City.  The good part was the food - it was very good but $$$ - I did treat myself, so I had the rib eye steak and the waffle and ice cream for dessert.  The service was unfortunately FAIR. The server was nice but we had to be asked repeatedly for service like silverware, refills, condiments, and dessert.  Being a former server many, many years ago ..., I know she just did not have what it takes to be a server at a popular and trendy restaurant. The reason for a one star rating -- Safety was a real concern!  During our visit the fire alarm went off in the restaurant- flashing lights and ear piercing sounds.  It continued for about 7 mNothing was ever said by the manager or the wait staff even after my prodding ... NOTHING!   Even after the fire trucks arrived - NOTHING.  No contingencies plan... no action ... just ignore it waiting for the alarm to stop.  No apologies and no explanations.  The restaurant was not overly crowded, so their excuse was not that they were too busy.  The staff and the manager on duty were extremely ill equipped to manage and were not concerned with anyones safety.
