I am so glad that we found Mawa's Kitchen in the Aspen Airport Business Center. None of the places in town did it for us and we stayed for 5 days in Aspen. We had the most amazing dinner. We ordered the Roasted Beet salad, Beef Entrecote (cut of the day) and chilean Seabass entrees and the Tart Tartin. We had a couple of cocktails the Queen B, Hibiscus Mule and some wine. Mawa's has some great wines on the list. Our server Paz was the amazing. We will be back. Amazing flavors!

Mawas’s kitchen is simply the best food and service we experience in aspen, the restaurant is very nice warm and inviting,the bar is vibrantIt true that is little hard to found be it worthy !
