It was a hard day of skiing and we needed a dish similar to staple. We received the usual chips and salsa. Dos Equis tasted amazing, quenching my thirst. I had my usual Arroz con Pollo and my wife had the shrimp dish. By one means was this an enlightening Mexican cuisine but rather fulfilling my need for grease. I couldn't help myself.
