Customer service was horrible. I made the mistake of ordering a grape snow cone when I am diabetic. I took responsibility for the error and asked them to make a sugar free instead.I watched as she drenched the regular grape snow cone with now suger free grape syrup. I asked her kindly if she had thrown out the regular (knowing full well they hadn't), and she lied. I told her that I watched her drench the regular with sugar free syrup and that I am diabetic. I told her that the sugar is harmful to me.She couldn't bring herself to admit the fraudulent claim that she had started over. So, I couldn't offer to pay for another since it was my mistake.We could not proceed at all, because doing so would affirm her lack of integrity. I had already tipped them well (50%), but all was for not. She would not give up the charade...

Been coming here for 4 years to the point the girls know what I'm getting before they ask me I enjoy that they recognize me. I've tried snow cones from several different locations in across the Dallas/Fort Worth, Collins, Denton, and Kaufman metroplex & by far this MC Snow cones are putting the other to same so much so I usually have 2 a day at least 4 times a week...
