Just got my order and they forgot our bread bowl and pickle. Food is great, if you can get everything you order. This is the 4th time this has happened. Why is it so hard to review each order and make sure it's correct before getting it to the customer??

When asked which of their salad dressings were gluten free, the person in the kitchen that appeared to be the manager said “she should know what she is allowed and not allowed to have”. I do know what I am allowed to have and not have, but I do not know what their products have in it. This comment was rude and unnecessary, especially from a manager. Good luck getting any support from the people when you have questions about their menu as it relates to allergies, though their menu offers some assistance with more gluten-friendly options.However, the food and tea were good but the service from the management team was less than stellar and the attitude was strong with this one….the young lady running the register tried though and I appreciated her effort!

My husband and I love McAlister's Deli...especially found if the veggie spuds, sandwich with a cup of broccoli soup...and don't forget a sweet tea...
