Honestly worst experience ever. Sat and waited 30 minutes for our two sandwiches; when i finally go to the register we realize our order had been sitting there getting cold the whole time. Cashier was rude and unapologetic. My wifes sandwich was soggy and sloppily thrown together. Wouldn't even feed these sandwiches to my dog.

We used to love going to McAlister's. However, before the pandemic the service and quality of food changed. Now we only order take out from there when my kids really insist on it. The last three times we've ordered from McAlister's my order is wrong. For example, last night I ordered a four cheese griller. Once we got home, I discovered my sandwich was not only smaller than my kids' "kids" sized sandwich, it had one piece of cheese and was harder than a rock...like it had been sitting in the restaurant all day. It was not edible, disgusting and I had to throw it away. The service is terrible, the orders are wrong, the food is gross and the restaurant is dirty. We're not going back there any more.

They didn't have what we ordered, even though that was the main sandwich picture on display. It was a cold day and they had no heat on, we ate and the people around us had gloves & winter coats on, shivering the entire time. We will NEVER go back to McAlister's deli. Complete disappointment
