McD food and very clean facilities

Awesome job other McDonald’s under cooked my burger went to this one at night and the manager replaced my entire meal. Kudos to this Friday night manager and the great staff of kids who did awesome.

The use of the McDonald's app was a time-saver. We ordered about 5 minutes out on the app. When we arrive at the store, went to the drive thru window. Told them name, and pulled to to the window they were making drinks so that they were fresh, and food was out the window. Very satisfied with service and food.

If I could give it minus stars , I would. The worse McDonald's ever. I don't see why and or how they can still be open. I ordered breakfast once there. Within an hour I was sick. Coming out of both ends. Food poison. E.R Doctor said. Nothing could be done but wait until it passed. Noon and evening. Food always cold . Never again would I return. Needs all new staff or chains on the doors.

I love this location. They're always super sweet and make my daily morning coffee juuuuust right!!!I go here basically every morning and lunch time every other day.The service is outstanding, I dont know what these other reviews are talking about. I see smiles every day and the employees efficiently working to get that food out the window in a timely manner.Everything I have ordered a Frappuccino I received a Frappuccino. This place deserves 5 star reviews in my opinion.Never have had a less than 5 star experience here.

This McDonald's was filthy , the bathroom was so nasty that my kids were scared to use it and the food gaveus all a stomach ache, very poor management!!! Will never eat there again and on top of that the manager had her kid running wild in there while she was working

I ordered a Coke and a Dr. Pepper and received a Sprite and a flat water down Dr. Pepper. It's bad when you can't receive something as simple as drink correctly. Very dissatisfied customer

Has to be the worst around. Caroline Whitmire the customer service manager or owners needs to do something about this place. It's the same manager on duty every time we get bad service. Its the same manager when the ice cream or frappe machine "is down." She is rude and mumbles under her breath at drive through as if the mic doesn't pick it up. Some employees are rude and uncaring about their job.

Between several visits I've had a less than satisfying experience with this branch. I've had rude employees from the lady taking my order to the gentlemen pressure washing the concrete(cussing at me saying he would beat my A$$ not knowing my window was down and I could hear him for good knows what reason). They have left stuff out that I ordered and messed up my order.I would not recommend them to anyone.

Was just undecided on what to get in the drive through, was told I couldn’t be served. After I apologized I tried to order but didn’t get a response from the speaker. Terrible service.

I typically eat out at least once a day as i travel allot for work.. The last 3 times I've visited this location the milk shake machine has been down. I place my orders online, so getting there after I've paid for my order is extremely frustrating. The staff has always been friendly and the location clean. But if the shake machine is down, take the advertising off the menu board and website, or better yet. Fix the machine, its not like McDonald's doesn't have the budget.

If I could put zero stars it deserves it......got my order wrong both times.....on 2nd try figured ok I give up.......its sad that it's almost only option right now..........

Ice cream machine wasn’t working so I could not get a shake

Was passing though stopped to use the restroom and grab a small bite to eat but after seeing how NASTY the restroom i didnt feel it was safe to eat the food there.

we arrived just before 5 on our way through abbeville because it says they open at 5. we went through the drive through just after 5. There was a loading truck in the drive-thru!!! So we just decided to go inside. Well we get to the front and the lights are off and the doors are locked. Then we just decided to wait thinking perhaps they’d open soon. Then we see an employee SLEEPING in one of the booths When it clearly says they open AT 5. Not impressed at all!!!!

Horrible employees. Service is slow and the employees act like it’s a bother to work there. One morning I was headed into the restroom and encountered an employee on her way out at the same time. I laughed and said, “excuse me” and stepped out of her way. She glared at me and continue to stare without saying a word. I considered speaking with a manager but realized almost all of the employees have sullen attitudes so the best thing I can do is stop eating there. From now on, I’d rather eat gas station food.

Just went through the drive-thru And found a hair in the fires ain't no telling what I ate and swallowed.  The manger was very rude and unprofessional.  I will never return to this location .  if I do it will be when she is fired . If she doesn't know how to manage a fast food place. She probably can't manage her household. But what do we need to expect from a McDonald's!?  I have thrown up twice just thinking about the situation.  If you live in or passing through Abbeville Al don't stop at this location.   Nasty food  and unprofessional employees.  ( Management) I wish I would have seen her name.

Morning staff is great. But every time I go on the evenings, and I mean EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL, my order is messed up. The last 3 times I went I ordered a double quarter pounder, got charged for a double, but got a regular quarter pounder. Most of the time I don’t even look in the bag until I get home, and I don’t feel like going all the way back for a meat patty. I shouldn’t have to ALWAYS check my bag before I leave. My advice, go to Hardee’s. Yea you’ll pay a little more, but you’ll get what you ordered without having to take it back and risk somebody spitting in your food. Maybe teach your employees to read and pay attention? Just a thought.

What can you say about McDonald's drive thru. It moved along okay for the number of cars.
