Dinning area is always dirty and the floors are very slippery. The employees there goof off with their friends in the dinning area. No table trays are given to you.

We went into the McDonald's and ordered our food we also told them that we wanted it fresh so they were bringing the food and I saw that the fries were cold I asked the young woman that was bringing the food to us .if everything was hot I wanted it fresh and she said yes I looked at her and I said you know the fries are cold so she put her thumb on my fries so I asked her why did you do that and she said I didn't I said I just saw you why are you lying and she said well I didn't I said I saw you put your thumb on the fries so she placed the food on the table so I took the fries and I took them to the front there was a manager there and I told the young woman I said all of this protection that we need to have okay and she puts her thumb on my fries? The young woman that supposedly was a manager told me ma'am I cannot give you any fries right now I said I'll make it even better I said I need a refund and I got a refund so that McDonald's might be the greatest thing that ever happened in a testacita but to us we'll never go back and we have been going there for years they don't care for one thing and I think that that young woman should be fired

Fries are always old and cold burgers NEVER fresh and overall always just a disappointment. Literally given this McDonald’s so many chances and it never gets better. So bad it’s ridiculous!
