This is our stop off after swim lessons at goldfish every week. Its probably the best McDonald's we have in the capital region. Honestly, the food is hot, the service is quick, the employees are nice and they usually get the whole order correct.

Not ever. All the females have bad customer service McDonald's should be ashamed to have them representing their company. The right drive thru speaker is so low you can barely hear them speak. The left speaker might as well be the same. I have been coming here for over a week now and they have failed every time. 1st time they forgot my French fries. 2nd time they forgot my large drink. 3rd time they gave me 3 large Dr Pepper's and the syrup was out so all we tasted was carbination. 4th time the gave me 3 large Coca-Cola's instead of Dr Pepper's. 5th time I was speaking to 1 drive thru lady and I wasn't saying anything she couldn't understand, next thing I know a new woman comes on and said "what's the problem?", I didn't even know I was causing a problem. I will never come back.

The girl at the register purposely overcharged me for my combo. I pointed out that the menu stated the combo price as 3 dollars less than she charged. She first claimed it was 3 dollars for tax. Then she said it was 3 dollars more for the drink, finally she said it was 3 dollars more because I got the combo. I walked out.
