If I can give this one staff person a -0, I would. My grandson (college student) misplaced his bank card over the weekend. Me, being 3 hours away, ordered and paid for his food online using the app. I wasn't so sure how it all worked, but saw he needed to activate the app to get his order started. I was having issues and wanted to call the store for guidance. I called the store (12/23/2022 about 10ish) a Hispanic female answers with "hello". I asked if this was McDonald's and she replied "ugh yes"! I told her maybe she should answer the phone with that. She hung up the phone and wouldn't pick it up after about three calls. I understand there's a worker shortage, but hiring inept people is not helping the cause. maybe she needs more training, I don't know. I'm just glad I'm a changed woman from my earlier days.
