Went through the drive thru everything was fine until I got to the window to get the food. The young man at the window looks out up and down my car a couple of times and says I have never seen a Granny driving one of these. My blood pressure hit roof. I went there for a burger not to be insulted by the guy at the window. When I went inside to complain the manager was not very helpful.

absolutely horrible service, first they made fun my voice and said “ oh it’s just my normal voice” while i had clearly heard him before. On top of that when i got to the window to get my food they handed me my ice cream and told me to pull up for my burgers. I waited there about 10 minutes after 2 other cars passed me waiting for these stupid cheese burgers. THEY NEVER EVEN HAD THEM!! So i’m here with my practically dead ice cream at the window again and tell the same guy that no one ever brought up my burgers. When he finally brought them absolutely no “ sorry” or “ i apologize for the wait” just “ i gave you a 10 piece chicken nugget” worst service i have ever received

The worst. Service, pathetic. Food, often mistakes. Complaints to manager, pffft. Useless. No one there cares. No one gets trained. And they just plain botch the orders. Update. I hate coming here. I do it for my daughter. Customer service is second to one when it comes to being bad. Ownership and management couldn't care less. McDonald's sucks and the reason why is their extraordinarily poor service...
