On the coldest day of the year in Houston, THIS McDonald's, posts a sign that dining room and rest rooms are CLOSED!! I assume this is to keep people/homeless persons from "warming" themselves in the dining room. I witnessed one gentleman, who appeared to be homeless, take his PURCHASE and eat OUTSIDE in the COLD!! He was a paying customer. This is utterly ridiculous and a slap in the face to people who purchase your fake food. Unacceptable.

Curbside not available at 9:45. Had to wait in the drive thru and there was only one long lane open. Very inconvenient

I waited 15 minutes to not get my order I requested a refund the manager was more than kind gave me my refund and still gave me my meal great customer service that deserves a good review
