I called to ask a simple question, when does the lobby open and the she kept saying other stuff. Like the call literrally only needed to last 2 seconds and it lasted 2 minutes. I was like, " May i please just know when the lobby open oh my god " and then she finally just said an hour like i wanted , which is 5, and then i Hung up in her Face. Ugh . I dont get why people so dificult for no reason
