This has to be worst McDonald's in Houston I say shut it down or fire everyone and hire new people I waited 10 mins in line for tea just for them to tell me at the pick up window that they have to make it this is so frustrating..

Very very rude no name tag and i was there at 10:30 am and she said no more breakfast plus she dont want to take my order from my cell phone which untouchable just she have to scan barcodeWorst place plus never order online on this location because they can say any time we r out of this

Let me start off by saying if I could give 0 starts for this location, I definitely would. I go to this McDonald's sometimes as a doordasher and sometimes as a customer myself and every single time I go to this locations there is ALWAYS some type of problem or something they don't have. Not only is there always a problem, the staff AND management are always rude about the situations at hand. As a doordasher, I now decline any orders to this restaurant location and as a customer, I'd rather drive a little bit further because this location is just not worth it.
