The new Morning/after noon shift have horrible customer service... Waited 30 mins on a MC chicken and when the employee asked if she could help me I explained.... And I was returned with a "sorry I forgot about you" as she walked off to go check the food.

THIS MCDONALD'S NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!First time to come to this Mc Donald's but I'm very disappointed at the customer service. The owner put sign that says out of service to not let customers use the restroom. Also I wanted to use my rewards point, but employee said I couldn't use. When I wanted to use my deal I couldn't. There are no curbside pick up at this location. Employees are very rude and outside of the restaurant smells very bad.
