I just don’t understand how the ice cream machine never works. Then its 24 hours here but they don’t serve food around 11pm then they all on they phones

This McDonald's employees are very rude, I paid for my order at one window got to second window they had no knowledge of my order gave them my receipt they took 30 additional minutes on the food and it was wrong
