Placed a curbside order. Kid who comes out has his lips pursed. I roll down my window and as he handed me the food, I asked him if he knew if there was ketchup in the bag. He did not answer me so I asked him if he could hold on a minute so that I could check. I saw that there was no ketchup in the bag so I asked him if I could get a few packets of ketchup. He said I didn't know you want catch up but did not move. I further explained that the McDonald's app does not give you the option to request ketchup packets. He went to go inside and didn't even bring me ketchup packets. I said "thank you" to which I got no response and I also said to him, "have a great day," which was met by him turning his back to me and walking back inside. This type of work ethic seems to be the accepted norm and it shouldn't be.
