Have to give them 4 stars for today's performance.  Most of the time I always walk in to order and make sure the "no onions" pop up on the cash register and the item was punched in. They have the 2 for $6 and ordered 2 Big Macs  & 1 Big Mac with no onions extra Mac sauce and Filet of Fish extra Tartar Sauce.  There was a charge for Mac Sauce 20 cents and no charge for the Tartar Sauce. Hot, pretty fresh, fries almost out the fryer and my requests had paper on it for the for the no onions and extra sauce (s).  Yayyyy!!! As usual, had that McDonald's flavor that I crave every once in awhile. Happy Camper.

Made a mobile order and showed up to pick it up. Kid walks out two minutes later and tells me they're "closed" so unfortunately I can't place an order. I told him it was already placed and that I was there to pick it up and he runs back inside, only to come out a minute later and say sorry, you have to cancel it. So then I asked how to cancel it, he said there should be an option for it in the app. There was none. I searched high and low and the only one thing popped up in regards to refund. You know what it said? Talk to your local store you were picking up from, and they can take care of it. So I called and the girl who picked up said yeah there's a way to do it on your order in the app. Again, there was not. They all seemed very disinterested in helping and got me nowhere. The kicker? Another lady showed up the same time and tried getting her order. She was able to get inside and...
