McDonald's in Houston

This is the DAY TIME before 5 p.m. REVIEW Positive:   They work hard, are polite, and move customers through fast                   Food is on par with McDonald's corporate standards                   If you want your food to be nicer, hotter and fresher, get creative.                   I.E.   I ordered my fries no salt (freshly made)                               ordered double big mac, no ketchup                             ordered fish sandwich with extra cheese During the day, with so many customers all of your orders will be okay.                   Negative:   Massive amount of people begging for money...

The breakfast there is really good especially the coffee....... Just because it's covid I don't recommend you sitting in inside of any place that a lot of people frequently come to!!!!..... Clean place and fast service!!!!

This is the worse McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. They take forever to get your order at the lobby window. I do doordash on my bike so they don't allow me to go through the drive through window. I'm usually sitting there 15 to 20 mins waiting on a order thats already been ordered before I got there while all the the drive through people are getting there order's before me and they just pulled up. If you know how doordash works then you would know the faster we get our orders and deliver them. The faster we can pick up another order and make more money. This really makes my job difficult when they treat the drive through side better then the lobby side. I have literally sat there 15 mins while 4 or 5 cars got there order before me even though the order I was waiting for was already ordered and payed for before those cars even showed up. Very terrible costumers service. The manager even gave me a crazy look after me asking why it took so long for and order thats been ordered before I got there. If they really care about their restaurant they need to be strict on...
