Just stopped there for my breakfast and hot chocolate. Got to work down the road and notice my hot chocolate was half way full watered down. I called the manager she was rude and couldn't do nothing because I didn't have a receipt Even though I was there 5 minutes ago. She hung up on me and I called her back she didn't want to give me her name nor the main office phone number. I don't know were they find these managers with no customer service.

Quick service. Too bad you don't get drinks with your big breakfast deluxe, like BK.
