Mobile order took 21 minutes from the time I placed the order to the time they brought it out. This is outrageously too long to wait. I’ve never had a McDonald’s take so long for a mobile order while they’re drive-through is moving so fast.

Incredibly bad. I literally waited 30 minutes to pick up food for a GrubHub order, only to find out that they had forgotten about me, serving others the whole time, and the customer's food was old and cold. I have never waited so long at a McDonald's, and it was a very small order that should have been ready immediately.
