My visit to this location was not so great. Although they have two line to order, by the time I made it to the speaker after 18 minutes, she told me to hold on while the other speaker had 4 cars to order before me. After I ordered, I was ask to wait again for my order to come out and then had to go inside to get ketchup. I didn't want to get out and the reason why I waited in the drive up.

Love Love Love this McDonald's. We use the drive thru alot and the customer service is always excellent the staff is usually young, but they always show me respect and get my orders just like I like them.
