Almost EVERYTIME they mess up the order. Or cheat me on portions, or give me the wrong size. The worst thing about the VanDorn/Alexandria location is that they have 2 managers that kickout the homeless people into the freezing cold temperatures, prematurely in the wintertime between 1am-3am every day, before public transportation is operational for the day. And sometimes the drinks that they prepare taste off as if they are putting things in the beverages that don't belong in them. Once it even seemed like an employee put a laxative in my sprite (the only thing i had ordered). This McDonald's is the best in the area. Super clean, reliable, and nice ppl who will do the old French fries swap if yours aren't hot enough.
