First time ever exit 19 McDonald's got the order right.
Nastiest McDonald's I've ever been to. There was no need for any of this. Driving through the area, the inside was closed so went through the drive through. Ordered 2 meals. Sandwiches were stone cold. I complained before we left window. The Mgr retrieved them from us in the parking lot. About 4 mins later, she brought them back after putting in micro wave for too much time. The sandwiches were destroyed. Melted, burned, hard. I walked to the door, knocked, then walked to drive up. The Mgr wouldn't open the window. Employees finally open. Entire crew was apologizing. Said she wouldn't come out. Said I want my money back and will be report this to owner. After standing there for another 5 minutes, another employee handed me the money. The Mgr never came to window. I am sure I became a "Karen" as I left. I find that in our world now, when service is bad, the customer becomes a "Karen". This way the employee who isn't doing their job correctly doesn't have to accept responsibility for giving me poor customer service!
