Like most fast food restaurants in recent years--especially around here--the experiences are often highly underwhelming (and bordering on frustrating). Poor food quality, slow and rude service, etc. seem to have become the norm. Gotta say, this McDonald's is an exception, and thank goodness, because it's the one closest to my house. That's not to say there aren't occasions where there are minor problems--like, it seems I will often longer than I should in the curbside pickup than if I had just ordered at the regular drive-thru. However, the customer service is SHOCKINGLY good. As with other restaurants where you are lucky to even get a "thank you" (and are as likely to just get a glare from a miserable employee), the employees here usually extend basic courtesy, and more often than not, they are actually FRIENDLY and in a good mood.
