Poor service placed N order got all messed up ordered 2 sausage mc muffins got 2 sausage biscuits and 2 burritos and 2 hash browns didn't get. everything I go always something wrong

I have to change my review. Today the store manger Pam had a very nasty attitude. It took me over a month the get my money back where I was charge, but did not get any food. They wanted me to pay twice. The young lady who took my order did not take my reward number which is how I pay. The night manager Todd or Tony was not helpful and said that if I drove off I would get my money. Yeah after over a month. I called headquarters to report what I saw and heard and experienced. I her I did not want to talk to any of the mangers at the store. Who called one of the mangers would taught that I was lying about what happen until they look at the receipts. The customer sucks from the top down. I will never go back to this spot. They need to close it.

Absolute trash and disgusting McDonald's. Not to mention the slowest with the slowest of employees. Don't waste 20 minutes in their drive thru for cold hard made wrong "food." Truly pathetic
