Ordered ahead. The lobby was already closed by the time I got here at 8pm. Curbside was also “closed.”Had to wait for over an hour for an ONLINE order. I already expect subpar service but this was ridiculous.

We had pulled up and got a medium fries but they didn't give me the fries. So I told them and they said that I never ordered it. It was on my recipt and they still didn't give it to me. Not impressed.

It's McDonald's, at least my drive-thru order was correct this time! Gotta appreciate the little things!
