First off, this is the worst service I have received and I didnt think there was one worse than where i live. The drive through order speaker was broken so the voice was muffled and the order screen board didn't work to review the order and at the pay window you could barely hear the girl and when asked to repeat order she states I can't hear you. Then we were asked to pull forward to wait while the food was being prepared. We sat there for 20 minutes and we only ordered 2 happy meals and 3 sandwiches which were not special made. If I could give 0 stars I would and will not be back to this McDonald's again.

I can never get a small cup of hot water at the Amory location for some reason they don't have a button on the register to to charge you for a small cup of hot water I even told them to charge me for a small coffee still no hope any of the other McDonald's you can ask for a small cup of hot water no problem- but the Amory location so I went to Hardee's no problem!
