Have had mixed results with this location. One day great classic McDonald's food. Next time ...... ice cold fries, dry day old burger meat. What's with the inconsistency?

The McDonalds located at 3035 Muldoon Rd. Anchorage, Ak. at 11:00 am 11 December 2021. The food was good and made the way I ordered it, today. The customer service however leaves a lot to be desired. The young man taking the money seemed to also be training another young man at the window taking money. He gave absolutely zero verbal or facial communication. No eye contact, no smile, no "Thank you" no "Have a nice day" nothing. I tried to make eye contact with him as I said "Thank you" and "Have a great day." still nothing. The young women at the second window couldn't make eye contact either. She was looking over me or looking through me not at me. When I asked her how she's doing I saw her lips move but didn't hear anything come out of her mouth. Still, no smile, no "Have a nice day" and no "Thank you.
