Food was incorrect and cold the lines wereLong in the drive thru and too many in the lobby, so we took our food and not going back

Messed Up my order . Had me parked for 20 minutes , returned with my order , told me the wait because everything was being made fresh and my food was cold . In addition to that bad visit , went after 11pm nice staff but my fries were cold , they took it back put fresh hot fries on the top and left the cold ones on the bottom , drive off and get home and my burger is raw inside , very disappointed

Employees, preparing food and wearing their mask below the chin. While the other McDonald's up the street, same owner, has Covid in the building and hasn't closed it down for a deep Cleaning. Sad how the owner only cares about the bottom line, $$, not the health of its patrons or even their Employees. Very disappointed. Tried to call corporate at 10pm, but office closes as 7pm. Will try again tomorrow, calling corp.
