Horrible people and horrible store! I went there at 4:15am and ordered two sausage egg and cheese bagel meals for my family. I checked the sandwiches at the window and they were wrong. They gave me steak instead of sausage. They told me to pull up. I had already waited in line for so long. I waited another 15 minutes and went inside. They forgot about me!! I told them I just want my money back and that horrible, snooty manager didn't say "sorry" or "I apologize". She just gave me my money and I went to the Bellevue, KY location which was just as bad....
