They need to pay attention to who is taking the orders. Some are excellent, some are in need of training.

They got my food wrong at once not twice but three times waited for about 20 minutes to get my food and my drink they didn't even give me what I ordered I ordered two McChickens at 10 piece chicken nugget medium fry and a large dr. Pepper I got a large dr. Pepper to make double and a large fry

Just sat at the restaurant for 10 mins while they were chatting and not cooking or taking orders, finally drove away ordered food at Braums, meanwhile McDonald's drive thru still wasn't taking orders! I dont even know why this place is still open!
