Absolutely ridiculous! 2 cars in front of us when we ordered. After we paid we were asked to pull around the building and wait on the other side for our order. We ordered a Big Mac Meal-lg with a Diet Coke and a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal-lg with a sweet tea. It took 25 minutes after we ordered. We had asked for ketchup at the time we ordered, we didn’t get any and we got medium fries instead of a large. There were two young ladies delivering food and we told them, but they went back inside and didn’t come back out. My husband went inside and said that there were 4 employees standing behind the counter and wouldn’t even acknowledge him. He finally spoke up so he could get a response and one of them said to the other that there was not enough fries for a large. He said to forget the fries and please just give him the ketchup. This was absurd! We will not be back to this location!

Placed a simple order. Nothing special. Told to pull into slot 3. 15 minutes later I called, no answer rolled to fax. Called back they finally answered I asked why the holdup? only to find out they forgot me and didn't know what my order was. Said server would be right out with with my order even though he wanted me to confirm it. She arrived with a filet of fish which wasn't even on our order. 25 minutes later I had my cash in hand and headed back home. Was a 30-minute drive each way. Last time I crave McDonald's!
