I don't usually write reviews like this because I have worked in customer service for 4 years now. I understand that things happen and restaurants make mistakes, but after consistently dealing with horrible service from Clarkesville Mcdonalds, I'm hoping that this review might make a difference. I have went through 3 times in the last month. Each time I have went through, they have given me the wrong order or I was missing one of my items. Then this morning, we waited in the line for almost 30 minutes. We finally got to the speaker at 10:22am and were told that they just stopped serving breakfast! They are supposed to stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. It's ridiculous that we waited that long for breakfast just to be told that they stopped serving breakfast almost 10 minutes early. I don't plan on going back anytime soon until they get it together.
