they hsve got yo be the slowest place on earth i dont understand why they dont have yhe cars with special orders pull ahead to one of there empty 5 stalls and have somebody run there food out to them so that the line keeps moving and our food isnt getting cold ridiculous

Pull up to the drive-thru both lanes were open when I got to the speaker to order they didn't say anything didn't do anything for about 10 minutes and then finally the lady came on and said that that lane was closed but it was not marked nothing was there very unhappy the lady was rude no good

Took a long time to respond once we were at the menu board in the drive thru, received the wrong change back, the food was cold, the fries were very cold and chewy. I don't know what happened to McDonald's, the food has gone down hill and with the price increases its just not worth going or even a value of any kind for that matter.
