Every time I order a sausage cheese biscuit, they don't add cheese. Why is it so hard. It's just a piece of cheese. It's not heavy or anything. Why do you think you deserve $15 an hour when you can't even lift a piece of cheese. My husband's pancakes are cold, and hash browns undercooked. Again, $15.00 an hour? Pathetic!!!

It's McDonald's. You have about a 50/50 shot at the service being decent as you do your food being hot, fresh and fast. Training still needs to be the # 1 focus along with customer service but make sure to PARK the cars if the food is not ready.
