The staff is very rude. They can be heard arguing amongst themselves for an order THEY messed up. The manager is the only one that knows anything about customer service. No one knows the difference between a McDouble and a DOUBLE Cheeseburger!

Drive thru is usually pretty busy, but not terrible, ice cream machine is hot or miss, better than most though, I rarely do pick up, not because of any particular reason, just never know what I want until I'm there

Why is it that the orders are always missing something. Just came from the drive thru and I did not get my sauce for the nuggets. Fries are stale and the apple pie is needless to say hard.. I remember working at McDonald's when I was a teenager and the food the sat out for ten minutes was replaced with fresh food. It's aggravating to be hungry and have to open your food bag to the worse foos ever. Get your act together!
