Unfortunately, this is the only hamburger joint near me that is a drive thru for something quick. I have been using this place for the past 13 yrs and it is NEVER consistant in the service or quality. The ice cream machine is down over 50% of the time. It doesn't matter what time of the day or the season. The machine is down. I have complained to corporate many times but nothing changes. It's dissappointing when there is a craving the the Shamrock Shake and the machine is down or during a hot day in the summer the machine is down. I finally was told its down because it's being cleaned? I don't understand why it can't be cleaned in the early morning when it is least used. There used to be a Wendy's. They closed. PLEASE BRING IN A CULVER'S TO THE NORTHSIDE OF TOWN! There is no more duct tape on the menu boards. It appears the ice cream/shake maching might have been fixed or they bought a new one because they seem to be able to provide that.

I don't know why I keep going back here. McDonald's is known for their fries. Every single time I go to this one, the fries are not fresh. I did a random sampling of this last order and they seemed fine until I got home and dumped them onto a plate. I'm done. I don't care that they're close. I'd rather drive 15 minutes to one with a staff that cares.
