They need to be more polite

I ordered the 2 for $6, 2 large fries, and 2 large Dr. Peppers. My fries were filled halfway and cold didn’t notice until I got home. Called back to the store and was asked to bring them back. However, I was not willing to drive back and was not provided a receipt. This happened on December 28, 2021 @ approximately 18:35. The management told me that there was nothing they can do.There is a lot you can do. First, and foremost provide Top Notch Service. Second, repeat the order. Third, quality is better than quantity,(If the fries were hot and crispy could have over looked the amount). Fourth, a good quality check. Last, but not least if customer does not receive a receipt for their order. Then the customer, should receive the meal and a refund. I believe that will help a lot STOP RUSHING.

It seems the managers start shutting down an hour before the restaurant is suppose to close. I've tried to get a shake and apple four days in a row at 9:45 to 11:30. Each time I've been told that it's too late to purchase. Also at that time they only take cash. After waiting 3-5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru, I end up driving to the window and knock on the window to get service. This is the only McDonald's that doesn't charge $1 for any size drink.
