Have worked in the area almost 20 years. Have seen the quality of food and service steadily decline for years. Food is often cold. If you order more than 2 items at least one is wrong. Always out of something or there is a machine that isn’t working. The employees are rude. I understand that there aren’t a lot of rocket scientists applying here but let’s be real!!!

I have ordered McDonald's at least 20 times on Waitr for delivery. EVERY SINGLE ORDER WAS WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS, like burgers, fries, sauce get forgotten everytime.
