My family walked in last night, (January 11th)at 6:00. One other guy was waiting on his food. The lady working drive-thru, looked at us and said, "Oh my God". The manager said, "we should've locked the door". To make sure I heard correctly, I asked the lady employee if she was talking to us. She replied, yes, but not in a bad way. I asked him why he said what he did, his answer was he didn't have enough workers to serve us. He then walked to the door and locked it. I told him not to worry about locking it that we would be leaving. He said, "fine, go ahead". He was very cocky and unprofessional. His name was Jason.

Steamer has been broken so filet of fish bread is toasted. Not the same hot fresh food
