McDonald's in Knoxville

Was fast service an great location.. love this Mc Donald's...

I have gone through this drive thru multiple times and today is the day that I have had enough. Today I came for the second time with my husband who orders for us at drive thrus we go to. The first time we went, he ordered, and the person taking our order was extremely rude. My husband asked for ice cream and the person taking our order got so upset with this request that they changed the pronouns they were using with him. Instead of continuing to use sir/him/he pronouns with my husband, they emphasized using ma’am/she/her pronouns. My husband corrected them and said that he was male, and they continued to use the wrong pronouns. This upset me so badly that I turned into a Karen and went inside and asked to speak to the manager. Today, we went through the drive thru again. They were taking his order and I asked him to order me a drink. They replied that they did not have any fountain drinks because their drink machine was down. So, my husband asked if they had slushees. They said no. My husband asked if there was any sort of drink at all, maybe milk, water, or apple juic...

McDonald's is McDonald's and usually you get what u order. However, that's not the case late night. Drive-thru only. I wanted the caramel frappe but no coffee items were being served. Needless to say I was very disappointed and drove off. At the end of most days, McDonald's serves what I order.
